After more than 30 years working as a nurse, I’ve seen firsthand how much our daily habits affect how we feel. Long shifts, busy schedules, and constant stress often leave little room for proper meals. Too often, convenience wins, and health takes a back seat, not because people don’t care, but because they don’t have better options within reach.

That experience stayed with me.
